Open session starts at 7:00am until 9:00am, 

this is a self guided session, all equipment is laid out for you ready to go. Stay for 20 minutes or 2 hours up to you! 

Also New - Hammock Soundscape Relaxation

Wednesday at 1:00pm & Sunday at 11:30am -an hour of hanging out in our silk hammocks, chilling out to our acoustic sound bath … sooo next level of restorative relaxation. 

Limited to 6 guests. Private bookings also available. 

 Join our Holiday Vinyasa yoga class its a mixed class suitable for all levels consisting of a breath awareness relaxation, static poses, some easy flow movements linking your breath with movement to hopefully find some stillness in your 60 minute practice.

Assisted by Sound and Reiki, deepen your journey of self-empowerment by discovering your innate ability to feel the energetic frequencies of different gemstones for yourself. Learn how to evoke the inner knowing gemstones may ignite within you.

Identify where in your physical and/ or energy body you might feel the energetic or healing properties of the stones. You will have the opportunity to hold and feel different gemstones in this class.
